Team Building & Leadership Camps
Koru Camp provides a space for organisations to bring people together, build confidence, and develop leadership in a setting that is both supportive and challenging. Our leadership programme focuses on developing key skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making. Through shared challenges and real experiences in nature, participants build confidence, learn to work effectively with others, and develop a stronger sense of responsibility and leadership.
Time in the bush offers something different to traditional environments. Away from everyday pressures, participants are able to connect more openly, reflect on their experiences, and engage more fully with one another. Through a mix of guided activities, group challenges, and shared time in nature, the learning becomes fun and lasting.
These camps are well suited to youth groups, staff teams, and community-based organisations. You can choose from our structured leadership pathways or draw from our wider activity catalogue to shape an experience that fits your group.
